Taqueria Pelayo Mexican Food

The food is surprisingly good since it is Mexican food in idaho but everything tasted fresh and authentic. The waiter was nice and had a ton of options to choose from. I was suprised to eat on a bus but it was convenient because it was a hot day so you could open a window and eat to a nice breeze. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the lava hot springs area.

I had the 3 taco plate with two Carne Asada and one El pastor taco. The Asad a was excellent, though the El pastor was a bit dry for my taste. With decent helping refried, lettuce and tomatoes, some sour cream, and pickled japan's and carrots, this was a meal to feed any hunger with a good price to match for a tourist location. Their Taco bus has a fine interior to sit in and eat out of the weather, with plenty of out door seating as well. Or take it with you to your camp. Despite the slightly dry El pastor meat, I will definitely be satisfying my Taco beast there again in the future.

Best food in town! Street tacos are the best! Will be going back.
